Nestled on the banks of the lake Vingeanne, only 15 kms south of Langres and 50 kms north of Dijon, the residence is set in 4 hectares of greenery and consists of 60 individual or semi-detached wooden chalets situated in a private ground covering 300 m². Each chalet can accommodate 4-6 people. Available for you on site: outdoor heated swimming pool (12 m x 8 m), beach on the lake, children’s playground, reception with lounge, snack-bar with panoramic view of lake.

Each chalet has a brightly decorated lounge, a kitchen area equipped with 4 cooking hobs, microwave with grill, fridge, dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, sheltered terrace (12 m²), 1 outdoor storeroom and 1 parking place.
Activities
With direct access to the lake (plus beach and sundeck), the residence is the ideal place for all water activities : bathing, fishing, sailing… Make sure you don’t miss the discovery path around the lake with wildlife observatory.

A vast open source, the « Pays de Langres » consists of 4 lakes, numerous rivers and hundreds of springs. Experience and appreciate the remarkable natural beauty of the local area with its rich and diverse countryside. Nature lovers should take the opportunity to explore the unique varieties of flora and fauna or the trickling springs of the Marne…
